Being a person who doesn't know anything much about coffee (I usually just order a latte and I'm all good), it was a unique experience because I never thought that there is so much art to it than what meets the eye! What's even better is we get to sample some of their signature drinks. Truly, these third wave cafe's are worth visiting!
The write-up and review of these amazing cafe's, along with my documentation, will be published in June. Can't wait to get a copy of it!
First stop: Yardstick Coffee

I love how the available light fills-up the whole cafe giving it a cool, airy and laid-back ambiance... and of course, they have great coffee! My favorite is The Yard Shake!
134 Legaspi Street corner C. Palanca Street, Makati City
Coffee or Cocktails? You can have both, here at The Curator! I love their cleverly designed logo (a coffee cup and a cocktail glass combined as an ampersand!)
The best espresso latte I've ever tasted! 'nuff said!
